Gluten sensitivity has increased over the years, with more and more people looking for alternative, cost effective ways to create their own fresh gf loaves at home.
In this hands-on workshop, Sandra Brenes, owner of Studio B with over 20 years of teaching experience, will guide you through her GF Sourdough Made Simple Method step by step. You’ll work with the dough from start to finish, learning techniques that make gf sourdough approachable, we will also discuss the different types of GF flours and ingredients and the role they play in the baking process.
